Plus, I understand from another dealership they were playing games with their offer-they gave me a discount but then took 30% of the discount back by including a miscellaneous $ 400 charge that no other dealer tried to throw in.
Also, they made no attempt to negotiate and no further attempt to contact me after I walked out the door even though I purchased my last car from them three years ago. They have absolutely no sense of loyalty to their customers and offered me the worst deal on a new car of any of the four area Acura dealers. Over the past 15 or so years, I have purchased no less than four cars from Nalley-Acuras and Lexus my parents have also purchased three cars from Nalley Lexus.
